This refreshing yogurt-based dip comes together in a flash, but what makes it really pop is the presentation: curly scallion garnishes that look like fireworks.

Ingredients

• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 scallion, trimmed and thinly sliced

• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, stir all of the ingredients until well blended.

2. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with a selection of vegetable dippers, such as sweet red pepper, broccoli florets, or carrot sticks. Use Scallion Fireworks as garnish (and dippers) to dress up your dip. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
