Funny Face Pizza

A fun way to make a mini pizza. Go ahead and let them play with their food a little -- it won't hurt!
- Ingredients

- 1 English muffin, split in half
- 2 tbsp. pizza sauce
- 10 thin slices pepperoni or salami
- 2 slices mozzarella
- 2 slices of olive

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toast the English muffin halves and place them on a cookie sheet when they're done.

Spread each half with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce and 5 slices of pepperoni or salami. Cut a face out of each slice of cheese and place the cheese over the pepperoni. Put an olive slice on each for the nose.

Bake pizzas 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
