Panther Pumpkin Carving Pattern

This howling panther will proclaim your mastery of pumpkin carving. Transfer the design before you cut the lid. To do so, tape the template to the pumpkin and score the design into the skin by poking holes through the pattern with a nail. To create the delicate features in the lid, first cut out the lid along a single line, then gently shave above and below to add depth. To carve the face, start at the center of the design and work outward. Begin with the innermost and smallest features and try to carve the inside lines of each feature before the outside lines.
