A simple chicken recipe that is delicious.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 1 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
• 1/2 tsp. paprika

• 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar
• 1/4 cup Parmesan
• 8 broiler-fryer chicken drumsticks

Instructions

1. Melt butter or margarine. Mix garlic salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and paprika with bread crumbs and cheeses. Dip each drumstick into melted butter or margarine. Coat each with crumb mixture. Place drumsticks in large shallow baking dish, making sure drumsticks do not touch. Pour remainder of butter or margarine over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings.
