A traditional Swiss breakfast made with yogurt and fruit, it's also great for a snack or even dessert.
- Ingredients

- 2 cups low- or full-fat plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
- 3 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar (or to taste)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup wheat or oat bran
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries or raspberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 apple, peeled, grated, and sprinkled with a little lemon juice to avoid browning (optional)

In a medium-size bowl, mix together the yogurt and milk.

Sweeten to taste with honey, syrup, or brown sugar.

Add the remaining ingredients, stirring well, then cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
