Honey-Mustard Turkey Breast

- One 5 to 6 pound turkey breast
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard

In a roasting pan, place turkey breast on rack. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 to 175 degrees in deepest part of breast. In a small bowl, combine honey and mustard. Brush glaze over breast during final 15 minutes of cooking. Makes 18 to 20 servings.
