Transform your child into a dashing bluebird with face paints and feathers.
- Materials

- Dark green face paint
- Blue face paint
- Makeup brush and sponge
- Hat or headband
- Craft feathers
- Hot glue
- Instructions

To create the eyes: Use a makeup brush and dark green face paint to color your child's upper and lower eyelids. Keep the shape circular, not oval. -
To create the beak: Using the same paint shade as the eyes, start by covering the lower portion of your child's nose. Work downward across the center of his mouth, tapering the beak to a point in the center of his chin. -
Cover the rest of his face with blue face paint -- use a sponge for the larger areas and a makeup brush for touching up around the eyes and beak. -
Make the feathered cap by hot-gluing craft feathers onto a headband or an old knit hat.
