These star-studded leis are a festive way to show your patriotic spirit.

- Sharpened pencil
- Elastic cording
- Red-and-white striped straws or drink stirrers

Cut out craft foam stars and use a shapened pencil to poke a hole in the middle of each one. -
String them onto a length of elastic cording, alternating the stars with sections of straw or drink stirrer. Knot and wear.
