This cut-and-tie design uses strips of one old shirt to ruffle up another.
- Materials

- 2 T-shirts or tanks (one to cut up, one to wear)
- Sharp scissors

- Instructions

1 Cut skinny strips of fabric from the old tee (we used seven strips, each measuring 1 by 12 inches).

Make two columns of small slits on the other shirt's front as shown. -
Thread the fabric strips through the holes. Tie each strip in a knot to secure it, then tie it in a bow.
