Create a holiday accessory that's as cute as a button and simple enough for the littlest hands to form.

Materials

Instructions

Lay two buttons facedown, one above the other, so that one set of buttonholes resembles eyes and the other looks like vest buttons.
Glue a pin backing to the rear of the buttons.
Then, glue on a felt top hat and tie on a ribbon scarf.
