Boredom Buster: Thumbless Challenge

Here's an instant activity to help your animal lovers get a grasp on what separates them from most creatures: their thumbs!

WHAT YOU NEED:
	Kids ready for a challenge!

 
HOW TO PLAY:
1. Write the tasks in the next step on slips of paper, put them in a box or bag, and challenge kids to pick one to complete without using their thumbs.

2. Tasks to include (add others if you like): Button a shirt; Tie your shoes; Write your name; Drink a glass of water; Throw and catch a ball

3. First one to finish gets to choose dessert (and eat it with their hands -- thumbs included!).
