Make funny pumpkin faces inspired by autumn's natural bounty.

Materials

• Pumpkin
• Leaves, sticks, seeds and other autumn objects

• Orange rinds
• Round toothpicks

Instructions

1. Collect twigs for hair, a pinecone for a nose and gourds, cloves, corn kernels and dried Indian corn for other facial features.

2. For ears, cut orange rinds into semicircles. Then press the items into the pumpkin or attach them with round toothpicks.

3. Top your character with a colorful leaf crown (use the stems to "sew" the leaves together).
