Looking for a one of a kind costume? I'm Lee Woodruff at the craft table with Family Fun and this squeaky clean ensemble is sure to be a hit this Halloween.
You'll need a twelve gallon plastic tub, craft shears, three yards of wide pink ribbon, a glue gun, a hand towel, heavy duty tape, nine inch white balloons, safety pins, socks, a pink sweat suit, a shower cap, makeup, and a rubber ducky. Using the craft shears cut out the bottom of the plastic tub. This is definitely not a kid's job. Next, remove the handles and thread the ribbon through the holes to make suspenders, like this. Adjust the suspenders to fit your child and knot the ends together under the rim. Attach a rubber ducky and hand towel to the edge the tub with hot glue or double sided tape. Blow up several balloons and tie them. Working from the inside of the sweatshirt, slide a safety pin through the shirt and into the tied off neck of the balloon. Repeat until the shirt is covered with bubbles. Be sure the bubbles are not where the suspenders will lay. Now it's time for your bathing beauty to put on her pink clothes and you can add extra bubbles on the shower cap and the bathtub. Just like real life, your child may never want to get out of the tub.
