Cap off your child's school year with a treat that's sure to fit the occasion, a chocolate mortar board with yellow fruit chew tassel. Hi everybody, I'm Forbes Riley here in the kitchen with Family Fun. Oh, and make sure you make enough for the rest of the class.
You'll need miniature peanut butter cups, frosting or peanut butter, chocolate covered graham crackers, and a few yellow fruits chews. To create the tassel, roll out of fruit chew until it's flat, cut a fringe on one end and then roll it back up. Place a miniature peanut butter cup bottom up. Top it with a small dollop of frosting or peanut butter, then press on a chocolate covered graham cracker. Attach the tassel to the center of the graham cracker with another dab of frosting. This quick and easy treat will be gone before the final bell rings.
