Wondering how to set the mood for your scary celebration? I'm Penelope Hsu at the craft table with Family Fun. Here's a head's up, follow these simple steps to turn an empty milk container into a frightening face, argggh!
You'll need a gallon size milk jug, a plastic container, two milk caps, duck tape, acrylic paints, tin foil, push pins, cardboard, and a craft knife. Turnover a clean gallon size milk jug and rest it in a plastic deli container, for ease in standing upright and for making Frankie's thick neck. Attach the jug to the container with duct tape, then coat the jug tape and deli container with acrylic paint. When the head is dry, paint blood shot eyes, cool scars, and a head of greasy black hair. To create bolts in the side of the monster's neck, cover milk caps with tin foil and attach them with push pins. Make a nose out of a thin piece of cardboard and slip it through a slit cut in the monster's face. Kids will be head over heels for these festive decorations.
