Ahoy maties! Hi there, I'm Forbes Riley and we're here in the kitchen with Family Fun. Now, kids will walk the plank to get a piece of this pirate cake.
You'll need one bake nine inch round cake, two and a half cups of white frosting, one and half cup red frosting, one tablespoon brown frosting, chocolate cookie crumbs, mini jaw breakers, fruit leather, an M&M, a peppermint patty, black licorice, red licorice, and a marshmallow. Freeze the cake for two to three hours, then cut and arrange as shown. Frost the pirate's face with a mix one cup white frosting and a tablespoon of chocolate frosting. Now, if you don't want your pirate to be ghostly white, add in some brown or red food coloring to give him a weather beaten look. Add a nose with half a marshmallow and frosting and an eye cut from fruit leather. Use shoestring red licorice for his mouth and an M&M for an eyeball. Tie on a peppermint patty eye patch using licorice straps. Next, use two thick pieces of licorice and give him some eye brows. Frost the red bandana and decorate with mini jaw breakers. Then, give the pirate a stubbly beard with some cookie crumbs. To give your pirate teeth, use tic tacs and wrap one with gold foil. Your swashbucklers will have loads of fun at a pirate party.
