Like a friendly welcome sign, these smiling paper plates offer greetings to fellow campers and help kids remember whose tent is whose.

Instructions

To craft your own totem pole, have each family member create a self-portrait on a plate using markers, natural materials, and white glue. When the glue dries, tape the plates to a large stick and set the totem pole in the ground beside your tent.
