Fingerprint Place Cards

A festive addition to your Thanksgiving table

Personalize your place settings with Indian-corn name cards boasting colorful fingerprint kernels.

Materials
  • Yellow card stock
  • Green card stock
  • Templates
  • Acrylic paint
  • Plate
  • Glue stick

Instructions
  1. Fingerprint Place Cards Thanksgiving Craft Step 1 For each guest, cut a corncob shape from yellow card stock (you can download our templates). Squeeze acrylic paint onto a plate. Have your child dab his finger into the paint, then onto the cob to create rows of kernels. Let the paint dry.

  2. Fingerprint Place Cards Thanksgiving Craft Step 2 Cut two curved husk shapes from green card stock and attach them to the cob with a glue stick. Fold a long rectangle of paper into a stand, as shown (three sections plus a tab for gluing), and secure it with glue. Glue it to the back of the place card.
