Apricot Yogurt Dip

Switch your child's usual sandwich for this delicious lunch dip, one of our tips for a better school year.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam or fruit spread
  • 6 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the jam or fruit spread, yogurt, and mustard until well blended. Pack the dip with cubes of turkey, ham, chicken, or cheese on mini skewers. Makes 3/4 cup.
