This little book lets Mom know just why she is so special. Just download the template and let your kids do the rest.

Materials

• Book templates (see Step 1)
• Paper or card stock
• Scissors

• Crayons or markers
• Single hole punch
• Embroidery floss or ribbon

Instructions

2. Print the pages on paper or card stock. Cut out the pages.

3. The kids can fill out each page however they like using crayons or markers.

4. Then they can stack the pages, punch holes, bind them with embroidery floss or ribbon as shown below, and knot the ends.

5. To bind, weave up ...

6. ... then weave back down.
