INGREDIENTS
2 8-oz pkgs. cream cheese
1 scallion, minced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of paprika
2 whole scallions
DIRECTIONS
Beat the first five ingredients together until smooth. Chill until ready to serve. Before serving, sprinkle paprika on top and garnish sides of bowl with whole scallions.
