Mr. Salt, Mrs. Pepper and Paprika are infamous in Steve and Blue's home. A miniature family that lives on their shelf, they add an ethnic flavor to Blue's Clues. For a savory snack that will surely be devoured, make these deviled eggs with a dash of salt and pepper. For color and spice, sprinkle paprika atop each egg.

INGREDIENTS

1 dozen eggs
6 tbsps. mayonnaise
2-3 tbsps. relish (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

DIRECTIONS

1. Place eggs in a large saucepan, fill with water two thirds from the top, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

2. Cover the pan and set timer for four minutes and turn off the heat when timer rings. Allow eggs to cool.

3. Crack the eggs by gently tapping them on the counter and peel off the shells.

4. Cut the eggs in half and drop the yolks into a medium sized bowl.

5. With a fork, mash the yolks with 6 tablespoons mayonnaise and 2-3 tablespoons relish.

6. Fill egg whites with a spoonful of yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
