DIRECTIONS
1. Set out homemade or store bought crepes and a selection of savory (i.e., chicken and vegetables) and sweet (i.e., strawberries and cream cheese) assorted fillings.2. Add dishes of sauces and toppings, letting your guests experiment with their own combinations.
3. After your guests have eaten their creations, they can each go home with a culinary diploma tied with a red "Cordon Rouge" ribbon.
