- Instructions
-
-
Record 18 different sounds, such as a dog barking or a door slamming, onto a blank tape.
-
Clip out two magazine photos (or make two drawings) that represent each sound you have recorded (for a total of 36 images). With these depictions you'll be able to make four playing cards.
-
For each card, use a colored marker to divide an 8-inch piece of cardboard into nine blocks.
-
Glue a different photo into each block, making sure that no two cards are exactly alike.
-
Give each child a card and nine buttons and turn on the recording.
-
Players place buttons on the picture that match the sounds. The first kid to fill his card wins. For each game, play the sounds in a different order.
