Fill the bucket with sand and then bury the toy dinosaurs.
Before guests go home, give each a turn using a plastic beach trowel or fork to see what creatures they unearth -- Tyrannosaurus rex, allosaurus or diplodocus, perhaps?

Tips:: Have a dinosaur book on hand so you can help the kids identify their favors.
