Red Light, Green Light
This inline skate game is perfect for helping beginners with that most critical skill, stopping.

All players line up side by side at one end of the skating area while a "cop" calls out commands (red, yellow or green light).

On green lights, everybody skates forward. At yellow, skaters glide in preparation to stop. At red lights, everybody must come to a complete stop. (Violators must start over.) First person to reach the caller wins.
