- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 1 small clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse for 10 seconds, scrape down the sides, then repeat until combined, about 1 minute. Makes 3/4 cup.
