Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole
A casserole that is easy to prepare and travels well. It is perfect for a potluck. Serves 6.

- 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 10 1/2-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 5 oz. of milk
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut up
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
