The wonderful thing about chocolate sorbet is that it satisfies the most ardent chocolate-lover but contains little fat, so you can enjoy the fat in the toppings, if you like. Set out the toppings, scoop the sorbet into bowls, and let everyone create their own desserts. If it's a hot day and you have room in the freezer, freeze the bowls first to minimize melting. For eight people, use 2 pints of chocolate sorbet.
