Chocolate-Covered Matzos
These chocolaty Jewish treats are sure to thrill your household.
- Ingredients

- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, kosher for Passover
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 sheet of matzo, cut into 6 rectangles

- Instructions

Melt the chocolate over warm water in a double boiler.

Using tongs or your fingers, dip the matzo in the hot melted chocolate. Place it on waxed paper on a baking sheet. Let it harden for a few minutes in the refrigerator. Makes 6 servings.
