Hot Fudge
Turn ice cream into hot fudge sundaes with this rich chocolate sauce, a dollop of whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry.

- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Instructions

Combine ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Heat over simmering water, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate melts and the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Serve warm over Freezer French Vanilla ice cream. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
