Ingredients
  • 2 chocolate-covered graham crackers
  • White decorators' icing
  • Cupcake
  • Frosting
  • 1 3/4-inch piece shoestring licorice
  • Small round candy (we used an M&M)

Instructions
  1. Create a screen on one of the graham crackers by smearing a bit of frosting into a rectangle with a butter knife. Draw a keyboard on the other with decorators' icing.

  2. Frost the cupcake, then set the keyboard on top -- a little to the left, so you'll have room for the mouse.

  3. Place the monitor at an angle to the keyboard, pushing a small mound of frosting behind it to bolster it up.

  4. Add the licorice cord and the candy mouse. Tip: If you're making a batch of these, keep in mind that the cupcake frosting will stiffen quickly once it's spread. To avoid cracking, prepare the candy mice and the screens and keyboards in advance and decorate each cupcake completely before moving on to the next.
