U Is for Unicorn Cupcake
Make a cupcake shaped like a unicorn.

- 1 large cupcake
- White frosting
- 1 sugar cone, the bottom 2 inches only
- Yellow sugar crystals
- 2 white Jordan almonds
- 1 marshmallow
- 1 yellow gumdrop, halved
- 2 licorice bull's-eyes
- White cotton candy

Frost the cupcake and the sugar cone, rolling the cone in yellow sugar.

Insert the cone into the cupcake for the horn, the almonds for ears, the marshmallow for a nose (with gumdrops for nostrils). Attach the licorice eyes and the cotton candy mane.
