What to do with those scraps of cookie dough? Turn them into confetti, of course.

Use the aspic cutters to cut out miniature shapes from the rolled-out colored cookie dough. Bake for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until ligtly browned.

- Tips:
- Instead of rolling out your dough on a floured surface, roll it out between waxed paper. The cookies will stay moist because extra flour is not incorporated during the rolling process.
