Gooey Caramel Sauce
This kid-style caramel sauce, sticky and sweet, is a cinch to make.

- 12 oz. caramel candies
- 1 cup evaporated milk

Have your kids unwrap the caramels (if they can be trusted not to decimate the supply). In the top of a double boiler, melt the caramels in the evaporated milk, stirring until the sauce is smooth. Serve hot. Makes about 2 cups.
