The Mex Melt: Crispen a flour tortilla in the oven. Spread with guacamole, top with sliced olives, chopped tomato, Jack or Cheddar cheese. Flash-broil until cheese melts.
The French Bread Classic: Halve loaves lengthwise, toast lightly in the oven. Spread with marinara sauce, top with cheese and pepperoni. Back in the oven it goes.
Stuffed Crust Pita: Halve pitas crosswise, stuff with French Bread Classic ingredients, above. Brush with olive oil. Pan-cook like grilled cheese.
