Dip for Brains
The perfect head for skeleton crudite
Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups low-fat yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup peach jam
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. to 1 tbsp. mild curry powder
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Directions:
Stir all the ingredients in a skull-size bowl or scooped-out head of lettuce and refrigerate. Serve with vegetables, crackers, pita slices, or as the head for Skeleton Crudite. Makes 8 servings.
