Minted Fruit Salad
Fresh mint gives this salad a distinctive taste that's not too overwhelming for young palates.
- Ingredients

- 1 cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed, cut into small pieces with a knife or melon baller
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled, quartered, and sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh mint, chopped, plus additional for garnish

Combine all the fruit and toss. Just before serving, add the mint and toss again. Garnish with mint sprigs. Serves 4.
