Ingredients
4 tbsps. cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 cup milk, plus 4 cups
1 cup whipping cream
Directions
Make a paste of cocoa, sugar and 1/8 cup milk and divide among four mugs. Heat 4 cups milk to almost boiling.
Pour hot milk into each mug, stirring as you pour.
Top it with a little hill of store-bought whipped cream. You can also make you own whipped cream by whisking cold cream in a cold bowl until it forms peaks. Then mound the cream on top of each mug of cocoa.
