Ingredients

• 1 lb. crawfish, chopped
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 stick margarine, softened
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1 15-oz. can creamed corn
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 small bell pepper, chopped

• 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped
• 1 8 1/2-oz. package cornbread mix

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
