Sauteed Brussels Sprouts
Brussels sprouts are a treat to eat especially when they're prepared with plenty of flavor.

- 1 pint Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper

Trim all yellowed leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Cut in half, then cut the halves into halves. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, stir once, and then add the quartered sprouts. Toss over medium-high heat until they are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
