Two-Cheese Pasta Salad
A creamy, cheesy pasta salad that's suited for anyone.
- Ingredients

- 2 cups uncooked short pasta, such as penne
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup cooked, sliced green beans
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt and pepper

Cook pasta in large pot of boiling, salted water. Rinse under cold water and drain well. Combine pasta with tomato, green beans and red bell pepper. Add cheese cubes, toss with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
