Super Smoothies
These three frozen drinks make a healthy mid-afternoon snack or after-dinner indulgence. For each one, place the ingredients listed in a blender and combine until smooth.

- WATERMELON BATIDO
- 3 cups frozen seedless watermelon chunks
- 1/2 cup almond milk (serves 3)
- BANANA-HONEY SMOOTHIE
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk, 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 cup ice (serves 2)
- MANGO LASSI
- 1 small, ripe mango *
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup water, 1 cup ice (serves 2)

- Tips:
- * We like ataulfo (also called champagne) mangoes, for their extra-sweet flavor (you can use fresh or frozen; just defrost the latter before using). If you use another kind, sweeten the recipe with a tablespoon of honey.
