- White icing
- 1/2 sour gummy worm
- 2 fruit slices, sliced in half
- Gumdrop slices (optional)
- 2 1/2-inch pieces of shoestring licorice

Frost the cupcake and arrange the following on top: gummy worm "abdomen," fruit slice "wings" (attach gumdrop detail with icing, if you like), and shoestring licorice for the antennae.
