Honey Fruit Frappe

A fruity smoothie to cool down the hottest of days.

Ingredients
  • 3 fresh plums, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. wheat germ

Instructions
  1. Place plums, yogurt, honey and wheat germ in the blender. Puree until smooth. Drop in 3 ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
