Honey Fruit Frappe

- 3 fresh plums, pitted and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. wheat germ

Place plums, yogurt, honey and wheat germ in the blender. Puree until smooth. Drop in 3 ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
