Lake Guntersville State Park

My husband, Tommy, and I have loved visiting the state parks of Alabama for over 10 years. Recently, we introduced our two boys, Zach, 6, and Ryan, 5, and our relatives from Tennessee to Lake Guntersville State Park. Our kids loved it! Every day, the park officials feed the deer at dusk. We rode to the feeding location to watch and, to our amazement, we counted over 50 deer. Our whole family got a wonderful education that week along with spectacular views.
