OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE'S CHANCES OF WINNING
1. SPONSOR: Buena Vista Internet Group, 500 South Buena Vista St., Burbank, CA 91521.
2. ENTRY: This Sweepstakes may be entered during the period commencing at 12:01 A.M., March 13, 2008, and ending at 11:59 P.M., May 9, 2008 ("Term"), by going to the sweepstakes entry page on FamilyFun.com ("Web site"). For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), "Day" shall mean each calendar day during the Term, and all times and Days are Pacific Time. If you are a registered FamilyFun.com member ("Member"), you will be prompted to enter your Member Name and Password and click on the "submit" button. If you are not a Member, you must first register at the Web site for free before you can enter the Sweepstakes. To register, complete the Registration Form at the Web site. After registering as a Member, follow the instructions above to enter the Sweepstakes. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail address. To do so, click here. Under "Member Information," click on "Modify" to change your e-mail address.
3. LIMITATIONS: Each entry must be received by 11:59 P.M. May 9, 2008. Entries are limited to one per person/household/family/e-mail address or standard address per Day (regardless of whether one person has more than one e-mail address or more than one person uses the same e-mail address). In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any e-mail method other than set forth above in Paragraph 2 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited. Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older as of March 13, 2008, and legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. ("Territory"). Employees of Sponsor; its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies; the advertising, promotional, and fulfillment agencies of each of them (individually and collectively, "Entities"); members of their immediate families and members of the same households are not eligible to enter. The Entities are not responsible for entries from persons residing, or located, outside the Territory; entries that are inaccurate, incomplete, unintelligible, tampered with, lost, interrupted, deleted, defective, stolen, destroyed, altered, misdirected, non-delivered, delayed, late, or misrouted; any printing, production, technical, electronic, or other errors; or for inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Sweepstakes entry information (including the Official Entry Form); lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware, or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical, or human error or other causes; each of which potential entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations.
4. PRIZE: One (1) Disney Cruise Line vacation for up to four (4) persons to be taken aboard the Disney Wonder. Included in this four- (4-) night, non-transferable prize package is the following:
Four- (4-) night cruise aboard the Disney Wonder to The Bahamas, including Nassau and Castaway Cay, which includes:
One (1) deluxe oceanview (Category 9). Maximum occupancy four (4) people.
All onboard meals.
Government Taxes and Fees (as defined in the Disney Cruise Line brochure).
Onboard gratuities for contest winner and three guests (For stateroom host/hostess; dining room server, assistant server, head server).
Round-trip coach airfare between the United States or Canada gateway airport nearest to winner's home and Orlando International airport if winner resides outside of a 200 mile radius of Orlando, FL. Ground Transportation from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral and back to Orlando International Airport via Disney Cruise Line transportation.
Items not included as part of the vacation package which are the responsibility of the winner include: shore excursions; travel insurance; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; ship to shore communications; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; tips and gratuities other then listed; income and other taxes; transportation between winner's home and gateway airport; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.
The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $3,808.92, which includes Government Taxes and Fees.
Vacation rules include:
Vacation must be booked at least 45 days prior to intended travel dates and must be taken prior to March 1, 2009 aboard the Disney Wonder (at the discretion of Disney Cruise Vacations).
Vacation is for the winner and up to three (3) guests of the winner's choosing.
Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Disney Cruise Line vacation. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.
Vacation fulfillment is subject to availability and restrictions at Disney Cruise Line and airline seat availability.
Travel may not occur during cruise ship or airline blockout periods.
Cruise ship blockout dates are as follows and subject to change.

Vacations may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Vacation elements may not be substituted and vacations are non-commissionable.
Winner and companions are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel, which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. It is the Guests' responsibility to check with their travel agent, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department's travel website at www.travel.state.gov, or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at (877) 4USA-PPT for more information. Guests of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports.
Actual final retail value of trip may be higher or lower based on departure. Prize elements may be subject to additional restrictions. Winner and all guests must travel together on specified itinerary. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change based on availability and providers approval. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.
5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 A.M., March 13, 2008, and ends 11:59:59 P.M., May 9, 2008. On or about May 23, 2008, in a random drawing, winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
6. WINNER: Will be notified by U.S. Mail and/or e-mail on or about May 27, 2008. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] the failure of a potential winner to respond to notification within ten (10) days after its transmission; [2] the return of an e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] the return of any other notice as undeliverable; [4] the failure of a potential winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days after its mailing; and [5] any other noncompliance with Rules. All taxes are solely the winner's responsibility. 7. CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering this Sweepstakes agrees that: [1] he/she will be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor's decisions; [2] the entry becomes solely the Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned; [3] none of the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releases"), are responsible for claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss, or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Sweepstakes or in any activity or travel related thereto or from computer downloading any Sweepstakes information; [4] winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical, and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [5] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, Sponsor will select a winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension and; [6] the Releases are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Rules, and selection and announcement of the winner; [7] any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited; and [8] the Releases are not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use the prize (or portion thereof) for any reason.
