    LAKE OF THE OZARKS STATE PARK, MISSOURI

    Missouri boasts some 5,700 caves. Here, at this popular, unimproved cave, staff will provideozarks your family with battery-operated lanterns for guided tours. At the famous Angel's Shower waterfall, watch as the flume pours into a pool just three feet across and two to three feet deep. On the children's tour (offered in summer), kids can explore stone formations. Open from April to October. Admission is $6 for adults, $5 for kids ages 13 to 18, and $4 for children ages 6 to 12.
