Circuses have long entertained the public with variety--multiple rings, dozens of acts, hundreds of performers. These days, however, thanks to a host of innovations and new companies, the offerings are even greater. This not-for-profit organization is known for its European-style single-ring shows, which are more intimate and theatrical than large American circuses. The setting serves to highlight the talents of the troupe's world-class circus performers, including the Kuznetsov acrobats from Russia and The Woodcock Performing Elephants who star in the Pachyderm Ballet.
